BAM Maintenance Services provides employment and job training for clients in our program to help them develop the skills needed to be productive members of society. We provide quality building maintenance, restoration and repair services.  Our supporters include property owners, landlord associations, condo associations and property management companies.

Our experienced and certified training staff is comprised of master tradesmen who are licensed,  insured, bonded, uniformed and display BAM Maintenance Services identification at all times. Through our program services and attendance system, we can provide immediate substitutes when necessary and efficiently handle all emergencies.

As you help BAM house inc. restore lives and restore property your service cost are greatly reduced.  Your account is backed by a written agreement for service which is determined during your meeting with our  service writer.  During this meeting you explain your needs and the service terms are negotiated.  We provide our supporters with a low set cost for labor as well as long-term  low flat fee monthly billing for  task specific routine maintenance schedules which are designed to fit  your specific regular maintnence needs.
